An all-weather running track is a rubberized artificial running surface for track and field athletics. When it comes to running track installation, renovation, or resurfacing, your top priorities should be: Safety of your Athletes, Durability, and Performance of the running track, and Maximum Protection of your Investment. Historically, various forms of dirt, grass, sand, and crushed cinders were used. Synthetic rubber – rubber particles bound with latex or polyurethane. The latex or polyurethane surface is typically installed to a depth of about 1/2″ on top of an asphalt or concrete base. It is possible to construct the systems in layers and use different textures for the optimal amount of traction and best performance. It is safe and durable with consistent shock absorption and beveled edges for easy drainage. We ensure that the athletic track is provided with a fresh and permanent color that does not displace as well as is easy to clean. |

Acrylic Synthtic Flooring - 8 Layer Non Chushion System
A cushioned 8 Layer Acrylic System – such as the system we install from Kely Acrylic – is a great tennis and multi-sports surface that provides the playability and grip of a hard court, together with the cushioning of a more specialist for additional player comfort. The 8 Layer Acrylic Cushion system is designed to provide player comfort and minimize shock on the body. The rubberized sub-layers absorb energy and reduce strain on the knees, hips, and other joints. This results in a comfortable cushioned surface with the added benefit of porosity and low maintenance to rival the other surfacing options on the market.

Kely offers an attractive range of colored EPDM granules that allow users any combinations of colors to create patterns for wet pour rubber flooring, safety surfacing, athletic tracks, and rubber tiles. SBRRubber Baselayer are made with tire recycled crumb which is mixed with polyurethane Binder used 15% in Base. This base layer is for cushion purposes only and Top layer is pure EPDM granules which are made with "Ethylene propylene diene monomer" with color pigment. Granule standard size in 1-4 mm.
